Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Leader to oversee and coordinate construction projects effectively. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the construction process. Responsibilities • Lead and supervise a team of construction workers to ensure project goals are achieved efficiently. • Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets while adhering to safety regulations. • Utilize construction management software such as Bluebeam, Primavera, HeavyBid, and Prolog for project planning and documentation. • Oversee contract compliance and ensure all work is completed according to specifications. • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety practices. • Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and upper management. • Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter for testing electrical systems when necessary. Skills • Proven experience in managing construction projects with a focus on pipeline projects preferred. • Proficiency in construction management software including Bluebeam, Primavera, HeavyBid, and Prolog. • Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team effectively. • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in contract management and compliance. • Ability to troubleshoot issues on-site and implement effective solutions promptly. • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
