Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Leader to oversee and coordinate construction projects effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of construction management processes. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring project timelines are met, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the construction process. Responsibilities • Lead and supervise a team of construction workers to ensure project goals are achieved efficiently. • Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets while adhering to safety regulations. • Utilize construction management software such as Bluebeam, Primavera, HeavyBid, and Prolog for project planning and documentation. • Oversee contract compliance and ensure all work is completed according to specifications. • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety practices. • Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment. • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and upper management. • Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter for testing electrical systems when necessary. Skills • Proven experience in managing construction projects with a focus on pipeline projects preferred. • Proficiency in construction management software including Bluebeam, Primavera, HeavyBid, and Prolog. • Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team effectively. • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in contract management and compliance. • Ability to troubleshoot issues on-site and implement effective solutions promptly. • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Senior HVAC Technician

Job Summary Details: The Senior HVAC Technician performs maintenance, repairs and installation of assigned HVAC and Refrigeration equipment and controls, chilled water systems, boilers, and various other mechanical, electrical and building systems in accordance with client expectations and requests. Project Manager (HVAC/Plumbing)

Primary Function: Manage HVAC and Plumbing projects. Develop and sustain client relationships.
