Job Summary: The HVAC and Refrigeration Technician primary focus is to perform daily maintenance of refrigeration and HVAC equipment. This role is responsible for maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning/refrigeration, systems diagnosing and repairing, to meet operational and safety standards. Perform daily inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure efficient operation and longevity (filter, belts, grease) 2. Identify and troubleshoot issues with heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems. Carry out repairs or replacements as needed. 3. Perform inspections of HVAC and Refrigeration equipment and training. 4. Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and installations. Keep detailed logs to track system performance on CMMS system. 5. Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards. 6. Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide effective solutions to restore system functionality. This may include overnight, and weekends as needed. 7. Manage and maintain tools, equipment, and HVAC/R spare parts inventory. Required Skills: 1. Strong understanding of HVAC and refrigeration systems. 2.
