Bonus points if you bring donuts, except on a Friday, we have that covered.) • Valid driver’s license (We don’t expect you to teleport to job sites…yet.) • Strong communication and problem-solving skills (If you can explain refrigerant leaks to a customer and fix them without breaking a sweat, you’re our kind of tech.) • A commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and not cutting corners (Unless you're trimming sheet metal, then cut all the corners you want.)
