Requirements • 3+ years of work experience as a Technician preferred • Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record • Physically capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs., climbing up and down ladders, and flexible enough to fit into tight places • Skilled at using power and hand tools • Ability to perform basic mathematical functions necessary for the construction trades • General construction knowledge to include building codes and reading of blueprints • Excellent and effective communication skills, both oral and written • Must be authorized to work in the US.
