Responsibilities: • Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair various makes and models of HVAC equipment. • Refrigerant repairs and compressor replacements. • Repair and maintain thermostats, air filters, blower fans, belts, and bearings. • Maintain personal tools according to company guidelines. • Have a commitment to a high level of customer service. Qualifications: • EPA Universal certified. • NATE certifications preferred. • Customer service experience with strong people skills. • Applicants must have a current driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record, must be insurable to drive to and from assigned jobs. • Able to work in a team atmosphere. • Former installation and boiler experience. • Willingness to interface with clients and effectively communicate service/project outcomes and recommendations.
