Overview We are seeking a skilled Equipment Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. Typical repairs include oil filled transformers and Switchgear. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting and mechanical ability. Responsibilities • Perform routine maintenance and repair on electrical equipment to ensure operational efficiency. • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with distributed control systems and high voltage equipment. • Fabricate parts as needed to support repairs and maintenance tasks. • Use of electrical test equipment and other diagnostic tools to assess equipment functionality. • Read and interpret equipment drawings to understand components and identify potential problems. • Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repair status and recommendations. • Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and parts inventory. Requirements • Proven experience in the electrical/mechanical or a related field is essential. • Familiarity with distributed control systems and high voltage equipment is preferred. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail. • Effective communication skills for customer service interactions. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment. Electrical Foreman

Job Responsibilities • Responsible for coordinating and managing the day to day field operations of projects, including safe work practices, workforce, materials, and equipment. • Supervises, mentors, and motivates company workforce on the project. • Work closely with the Project Manager to oversee and ensure the assigned scope of work is completed per customer safety, schedule, and quality requirements. • Plan and lay out areas of work in advance to ensure needed allocation of daily workforce, material, and equipment. • Coordinate all electrical work with general contractor and subcontractors on project. • Assist Project Manager and Estimating Team with pricing of any scope changes and change orders. • Monitor workforce during installations and progress to ensure quality control throughout project. • Manage daily progress reports and weekly time sheets for project workforce. • Receive material and verify shipment quantities match material Purchase Orders. • Track company tools and equipment and ensure they are maintained in good working order. Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years' experience required running large scale electrical projects. • Ability to read and understand construction blueprints and schematics. • Electrical license preferred but not mandatory. • Must have verifiable work experience and be willing to travel. Travel package is provided. • Excellent organizational skills with careful attention to detail and timely follow-through. • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills. • Must be self-directed and capable of handling multiple tasks with minimal supervision. • Able to work effectively in stressful, time-sensitive environments. • Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). • High standard of integrity and professionalism. Facilities Maintenance Technician, Electrical

Our high-profile client and American multinational technology corporation is seeking a Critical Environment Facility Support Engineer for a 6-18 month contract assignment at their facility located in West Des Moines, IA. The ideal candidate holds an OSHA or OSHA-approved NFPA 70E Certification and previous experience supporting electrical systems in a high availability infrastructure environment. Job Title: Facilities/Maintenance Engineer Location: West Des Moines, IA Pay Range: $43.00-$45.00 per hour Key Responsibilities • Support electrical infrastructures throughout Facility campus ranging from a single, large-capacity facility to several smaller ones. • Experience with building management systems (EPMS). Remote Power Panel (RPP) shutdown of 1 source. • Critical Load is still supplied through one source (“N”). PDU shutdown for power meter replacement. • Power Interruption Testing (PIT). Master controller shutdown or replacement. • Take daily operational readings of all electrical equipment through routine rounds/log taking (temperatures, voltages, currents, etc.). • Energize a cabinet in a Colo. • Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) preventative maintenance quarterly and annually. • System control panel preventative maintenance. Battery preventative maintenance. • Assist in the troubleshooting, repair and replacement of instrument sensors and calibration. • Ensure all safety procedures are adhered to while performing work and comply with all physical security procedures and policies. Preferred experience: • Qualified Electrical Worker. • Previous facility experience a plus.
