At Cenveo, a prominent player in envelope manufacturing, we are actively seeking a Certified Electrical Technician for our Kirksville, MO plant. This role is available on the first shift, and we're looking to fill it right away! Remuneration & Work Hours: • Hourly Range: $29.96 to $32.92 based on experience • Be prepared for overtime and shift adjustments when required • Typically Monday to Friday, with Saturdays during peak times Your Main Tasks: • Handle maintenance, service, troubleshooting, installation, and repairs on electrical and electronic systems linked to our production lines • Employ diagrams and software tweaks to better equipment efficiency • Fix and install wiring, lighting, motors, and electrical arrays • Command machine shop tools like a lathe and drill press with skill • Regularly plan and log preventive maintenance tasks • Troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic components as needed • Uphold a clean working environment consistently • Adhere to all safety norms and fulfill other allotted duties Basic Qualifications: • Must have an active electrician license plus industry experience • Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent; proficiency in math • Strong communication skills alongside computer literacy • At least 4 years in PLCs diagnostic, AC/DC systems, and managing voltages up to 480VAC • Proficiency in mechanical and electrical tasks • Effective troubleshooting and sensor setting skills • Collaborative problem-solving skills • Availability for overtime or alternate shifts as necessary Physical & Environmental Demands: • Frequent movements, and coordination tasks required • Capability to lift, push, and pull weighted loads safely • Working amidst industrial noise with protective gear mandatory Cenveo is an EEO Employer Profound Skills Required: • Expertise in PLC and mechanical troubleshooting • Commercial electrical competencies • Conducting machine safety assessments • Proficiency in shop-related mathematics Technology at Your Disposal: • Experience with VFDs and Flexographic Presses • Familiarity with PLCs and Servo Motors
