What We’re Looking For • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field, preferred • 5+ years of hands-on experience in automation, controls, and system integration. • Strong knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs, Fanuc robots, and/or HAAS CNCs. • Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical and/or Autodesk Inventor. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-driven culture.
