Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and/or commercial settings. • Troubleshoot electrical issues with strong problem-solving skills. • Ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with code requirements. • Collaborate with team members and clients with professionalism and attention to detail. Skills • 3+ years of electrical experience or Residential Journeyman/Journeyman credential (preferred). • Strong knowledge of safety practices and electrical codes. • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in confined spaces. • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability. • OSHA 10 or 30 certification (preferred). • High school diploma (required). • Diploma in relevant vocational training or completion of electrical apprenticeship. • Valid Driver's License (required). • Electrical License (preferred). You will be working with an experienced staff. All apprentices are enrolled in the ABC Apprenticeship program. Work performed locally in the Chippewa Valley. Electrical Project Manager

POSITION SUMMARY The Electrical Project Manager leads the end-to-end execution of commercial and industrial electrical projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with technical specifications and safety standards. This role oversees all phases of project development—from preconstruction planning and procurement through execution and closeout. Serving as the primary client liaison and internal leader, the Project Manager coordinates with engineers, field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure optimal project performance. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented leaders with deep knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and project management methodologies. OBJECTIVES • Own the full project lifecycle, from estimating support and design review to procurement, execution, and project closeout. • Develop and manage detailed project schedules and budgets, ensuring all milestones and financial targets are met. • Drive collaboration between field supervisors, subcontractors, and design professionals to ensure seamless project execution. • Maintain active communication with clients, architects, and AHJs to manage expectations and mitigate risks. • Lead contract administration, change order management, and RFI/submittal processes with accuracy and speed. • Monitor job cost reports and labor productivity, adjusting forecasts and strategies as needed to protect profitability. • Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services, ensuring timely delivery and cost control. • Proactively identify and resolve project issues, including scope gaps, schedule conflicts, and permitting delays. • Uphold company and regulatory safety standards through ongoing training, inspections, and enforcement of jobsite protocols. • Oversee project documentation using systems such as Procore, PlanGrid, and Bluebeam to ensure compliance and traceability. COMPETENCIES • Proven ability to manage multiple high-value electrical projects concurrently across commercial/industrial sectors. • In-depth knowledge of NEC, local codes, and commercial/industrial electrical systems. • Strong financial acumen, including experience with forecasting, budgeting, and cost control in a construction environment. • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams and manage subcontractor performance. • Proficient in construction management tools (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project, Bluebeam, Foundations). • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to interpret construction drawings and electrical schematics and ensure work meets quality and code standards. • Decisive problem solver with the ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of experience in electrical construction with at least 3 years in a project management role. • Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred (State of Wisconsin). • OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR Certification required. • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites as needed. Electrician- Licensed Journeyman- $150 per diem

Superior Skilled Trades is seeking a Licensed WI Journeyman Electrician for an immediate start in the Madison, WI area WEEKLY PAY -- OVERTIME • PAY: $40-$42/hour • Per Diem: $150 per work day • HOURS: Shifts will be 10-hour workdays, 5 days per week (50-60 hours/week) • SCHEDULE: Workdays will be Monday-Friday;7:00am - 5:00pm • START DATE: ASAP • DURATION: 12 + months We are seeking a Licensed Journeyman Electrician to work on industrial projects around SW WI and NW IL area. They are installing an electrical system at a manufacturing facility. Bending conduit and running wire. Terminating. Hooking up fixtures/lighting as needed and wiring panels. Responsibilities: • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems. • Customer primarily uses stainless steel rigid • Experience with 480V controls is a plus • Experience with dairy, grain, and ethanol plants is a plus • Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete tasks safely and efficiently. • Troubleshoot electrical issues using voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic equipment. • Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards during all installations and repairs. • Work with high voltage systems as required, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. • Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to complete projects on schedule. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety regulations. Requirements: • Valid WI Journeyman Electrician license. • Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, voltmeters, ohmmeters, and other electrical testing equipment. • Strong knowledge of electrical theory, NEC regulations, and safety practices. • Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents accurately. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. • Position requires the use of PPE, including: Steel-Toe work boots, safety vest, hard hat, safety glasses, and gloves • Must have standard electrical hand tools.
