Plan sets for these projects are developed by our design team, and it is the Journey Workers’s responsibility to lead the electrical installation and carry out the plan. Job responsibilities will include: • Plan the lay out of the project and install the appropriate electrical equipment using the line diagram as the template. • Use knowledge of electrical code, relevant industry standards, and skills that are expected of the licensed electrician. • Use effective verbal and written communication skills to communicate with fellow team members and with customers. • Mentor electrical apprentices who are part of the installation team. • Apply logic and reasoning to solve problems that arise during the installation.
