POSITION SUMMARY The Lift Maintenance department is looking for a Ropeway Electrical Technician to add to the team! Formal training in electronics and lift electrical maintenance experience required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES • Responsible for aiding in the monitoring and maintaining of all lift electrical equipment to ensure the safest and most reliable lift operation possible. • Will be involved in the installation of lift control systems on new and existing lifts. • Must complete work orders on all maintenance activities. • Must maintain an understanding of the current rules and regulations of the Colorado Passenger Tramway Safety Board and other applicable agencies. • Must become proficient at starting stalled ski lifts; assist in running lifts under auxiliary power and following lift failure and evacuation procedures. • Must continually demonstrate a willingness and motivation to learn and develop the job skills that are specific to the types of equipment that must be maintained. • Must be able to work well within a team to create a positive work environment in a high volume, and at times, stressful position. • May work nights and weekends during the summer and winter seasons as needed. • Must have a valid drivers’ license without limitations or restrictions and meet company’s insurability standards. • Compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as any regulatory requirements. • Other duties as assigned.
