This position is an open-ended contract with employment anticipated to continue for the foreseeable future as The Speedy Electricians grows month-in-month-out. n JOB SUMMARY: nDaily duties for this position as an electrician include: n · Provide residential and commercial electrical services. n· Provide estimates on-site for customers. n· Maintain company property, vehicles and tools. n· Repairing electrical faults and electrical troubleshooting. n· New wiring and rewiring work. n· Installing and repairing lighting, outlets. n· Troubleshooting faulty and installing new major appliances. n· Fixing problems with panel breakers. n· Installing and fixing generators and EV charging stations. n JOB REQUIREMENTS: n· GED or high school diploma. n· Minimum of 4 years experience as an electrician. n· Driver’s license. n· Drug screening. n· Background check. n· Electrical code knowledge in Colorado. n· Maintain a clean and professional appearance. n· Provide own transport and tools. n· Be able to work independently. n Compensation: $70,000 to $85,000 anually plus bonuses based on experience.

Join our team and discover why we are a top veteran employer and Certified Great Place to Work ASRC Federal seeking a highly motivated Electrical Technician with Instrumentation Controls experience to support the buildup of a new test program and install, monitor and maintain power systems on test programs and support instrumentation systems at the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL). We are supporting cutting edge propulsion systems testing at the AFRL and we are looking for a high-quality Electrical Technician to be a part of this research and part of the ASRC Federal family. Key Role • Read and interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, sketches, manuals, or work orders. Understand and follow oral and written instructions. • Work cooperatively and collaboratively with, co-workers, engineers and other professionals when needed; work independently with limited direct supervision. • Maintain simple and concise records and prepare accurate reports. • The ability to perform research for parts and review systems on a computer. • Installs, programs, inspects, troubleshoots, and adjusts electrical and mechanical equipment, instrumentation, and related information systems. • Performs tests and maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment; interprets readings and outputs of equipment; ensures proper functioning of equipment and related information systems. • Reviews operator’s manuals and other established guidelines; ensures equipment and information systems are operated in accordance with established guidelines • Install, troubleshoot, and repair motors, lighting and plug circuits, electrical control equipment, transformers, wiring, conduit and switch/circuit breaker equipment,fixtures and ballasts, and other types of electrical and power systems up to 480vac 3 phase. • Low voltage system knowledge for security or fire alarm is a plus but not required. • Able to estimate cost of labor and materials for projects or work orders; requisition parts or supplies as needed. • Perform in indoor and outdoor work environments; working at heights; working around and with machinery having moving parts; working with electrical power supplies and high voltage. • Dexterity of hands and fingers to dismantle and repair electrical systems or components, and to operate hand and power tools; bending at the waist, kneeling, crouching, or reaching above the head to store or retrieve materials; • The experience in properly using tools, equipment, materials, methods and techniques used in skilled electrician work; working knowledge of safety practices, and National Electric Codes. • Troubleshoot, repair and maintain single and poly-phase motors. • Safely operate power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment. Basic Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in the work force • HS Degree • Must be a US Citizen to meet government contract requirements. • Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance.
