The EEIII will work in a multi-disciplined team focused on sustaining and improving products already in production. This position is a part of the Electrical Engineer, team working out of our R&D building team based in Loveland, Colorado. The essential responsibilities of this role includes: • Design and analyze electrical hardware circuits to reliably achieve functional requirements and quantitative specifications. • Design electrical tests to verify performance of electrical hardware circuits and demonstrate insensitivity of the design to parameters including component and manufacturing variation, temperature, humidity, aging, corrosion, ESD, EMS, and vibration and shock. • Completes requirements for Preliminary and Critical Design Reviews • Demonstrates a comprehensive, intensive, practical knowledge of a technical field and skill in applying this knowledge to the development of new methods, approaches, or procedures. • Participates and takes leadership role in technical discussions with GPD (Global Product Development) team. • Actively tracks developments in the electrical engineering community and incorporates them where appropriate The essential requirements of this role includes: • BS in Electrical Engineering or an MS in Electrical Engineering • 3+ years of relevant work experience • Has knowledge of commonly used circuits, analysis and measurement tools. • Has knowledge of ISO quality systems (specifically Design Controls/Product Realization) • Ability to travel up to 10% It would be an asset if you have: • 10+ years of relevant work experience • Supporting designs for serial production • Experience with embedded systems design Hach is proud to part of the Water Quality segment of Veralto (NYSE: VLTO), a $5B global leader dedicated to ensuring access to clean water, safe food and medicine, and trusted essential goods.
