Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Journeyman Maintenance Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on facility systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations. Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, control panels, and equipment. • Diagnose electrical issues using schematics, blueprints, and testing devices. • Perform preventative maintenance on electrical systems and production machinery. • Ensure all work complies with electrical codes and safety standards. • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs. • Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime. • Maintain accurate maintenance records and report completed work. • Assist in planning and implementing electrical upgrades or improvements. Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred). • Licensed Electrician or Journeyman (as required by local regulations). • 3+ years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, or facility maintenance. • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
