Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical work on construction sites and be proficient in reading blueprints and schematics. This role involves working with high voltage systems, utilizing power tools, and ensuring compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC). The Electrician will be responsible for building, installing, and maintaining electrical systems to ensure safety and efficiency. Responsibilities • Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, piping and necessary equipment • Must be able to determine condition of electrical equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions and determine needed repairs • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening •  Install and repair electrical wirings, systems, and fixtures in buildings •  Install conduits and pipes for wires and cables •  Power Distribution •  Control Panels • Professional appearance and personality • Self motivated and able to adapt to changes • Ability to work by themselves or as a team • Electrician must hold a current Journeyman or Apprentice License and able to reciprocate to South Dakota • Physically able to lift necessary materials • Able to read blueprints and technical drawings • Proficient with manual and power tools • Familiar with NEC code requirements • Must have drivers license Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25 - $35 per hour Journeyman Pay: $18 - $24 per Hour Apprentice Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week Schedule: • Day shift • Monday to Friday • On call if allowed to take company vehicle home License/Certification: • Driver's License (Required) Work Location: Spearfish to Rapid city possibly to Custer if needed will have company vehicle to drive. Lead Electrician

Position Objective: The Lead Electrician is a licensed professional responsible for the full scope of electrical maintenance, repair, installation, and inspection across County facilities. This position combines advanced technical skill with on-site leadership duties, providing direction to electrical maintenance activities while ensuring compliance with applicable codes, safety protocols, and operational priorities.
