Roles and Responsibilities • Effectively allocate time and resources to meet stringent deadlines, ensuring compliance with quality and stakeholder standards. • Perform installations of ATG systems, including conduit layout, wire pulling, and terminations, ensuring all systems meet operational requirements. • Accurately read and interpret design prints, processes, and procedures to execute installations according to exact specifications. • Maintain accurate installation records and submit timely documentation for review and approval. • Manage parts and inventory to prevent shortages or losses and safeguard all assigned tools and equipment. • Adhere to OSHA and other safety regulations, ensuring clean, hazard-free facilities and safe working practices, including work at heights up to 50 feet. • Perform physical duties such as kneeling, lifting up to 40 pounds, and working in varied conditions to complete installations effectively. • Organize, schedule, and execute high-quality installations at customer locations, maintaining a standard of excellence. • Build and maintain productive relationships with site personnel and stakeholders to meet project objectives. • 80%-90% travel for domestic and international assignments. Basic Qualifications • U.S. citizenship. • Ability to obtain and maintain local base access and security clearance, as required. • Successful completion of a NACLC security background check. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in industrial electrical installation. Preferred Qualifications • Current possession of a government Common Access Card (CAC). • Active or previous security clearance. • Journeyman-level skills in conduit design and installation.
