RV/Automotive Electrical Technician

Applicants must have a minimum of 2-years experience in the field and be able to provide their own tools. Typical repairs include: Roof repair/replacement, body panel repair/replacement, flooring, windows, jacks, steps, electrical diag/repair, metal fabrication and more. MPT performs all interior and exterior repairs/customization aside from engine and generator work. We are an extremely fast-paced shop with steady work year-round. Pay will depend on applicant's level of experience. Electrical Technician - Low Voltage

Job Description: Electrician - Low Voltage Quality Electric of the Coastal Carolinas, LLC is seeking a motived individual to join our Myrtle Beach, SC Team as a low voltage technician. This position offers the opportunity to service and install AV, data, futureproof and low-voltage wiring. Responsibilities: • Install, maintain, and repair low voltage systems in a new construction environment • Report issues requiring vendor escalation or parts/materials • Read blueprints to determine how to best install the components and wiring • Test all systems and troubleshoot any issues • Maintain records on work performed • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals General Requirements: • Must have a valid driver's license with a 3-year clear driving record • Troubleshooting skills • Excellent attention to detail • Strong communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to adapt • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team • Ability to multi-task • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Comply with all company policies and procedures Physical Requirements: • Ability to ascend/descend stairs and ladders • Ability to move oneself in confined spaces • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance Compensation: • Full – Time • Salary: $15.00 hourly - $25.00 hourly, based on experience.
