About the position We are seeking a talented Electrical or Computer Engineering student for our Summer 2025 internship program in Platteville, WI. Interns will perform a variety of tasks related to electrical engineering, including HW/PCB design, programming FPGA, and technical collaboration, while receiving mentorship and valuable work experience. Responsibilities • Perform basic electrical/HW engineering tasks after initial training. , • Assist in HW/PCB design and requirements definition. , • Program FPGA and assist in technical problem resolution. , • Develop electrical engineering-related tools or documentation. , • Collaborate technically with team members. Requirements • Pursuing a Two-Year Technical degree or progress on a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering. , • Ability to perform basic electrical/HW engineering skills after training. , • Understanding of electrical engineering tools and processes (e.g., debugging, problem reporting). , • Knowledge of electrical programs and applications. , • Experience with FPGA is strongly preferred. Nice-to-haves • Familiarity with FPGA development and simulation. , • Experience in embedded system design. , • Proficiency in MS Excel. , • Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology. , • Familiarity with elemental analysis and aerospace systems (fixed-wing, rotary-wing, or space systems).
