We are seeking a Licensed Journeyman Electrician Employee at our Red Wing, Minnesota location.Hours per week: 40 hrs. AverageStarting Pay: $39.31/hrDuration: Full timeHours: Day shift (7a-3:30p), Mon-FriWe are looking for a high potential journeyman electrician ready to take on challenges and responsibilities within our Maintenance Department.Potential assignments may include, but are not limited to:Install, calibrate and maintain electrical systems and process control devices Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and pneumatic systemsDiagnose and propose repair solutions for electrical power, electrical control and process control equipmentAssist in the planning, budgeting and implementation of electrically related facility projectsOperate hoists, lift trucks, hand tools and power tools Job Requirements:High school education or equivalent is preferred.Current Minnesota Journeyman Electrician License is required and it must be maintained.Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a world class safety culture; understand and follow company safety procedures.Develop and maintain proper use, care, and safety skills of all hand, power, welding and any other tools necessary for use in the course of this job.Exhibit regular and prompt attendance.Candidates are required to successfully complete a maintenance test consisting of technical aptitude, ability, and work habits.Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing and sitting, working in confined spaces and from heights, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs and ladders, working in a variety of conditions (heat, cold, dust, etc.), lifting up to 50 lbs. unassisted, wearing a respirator.Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime as needed.Demonstrate initiative to work independently while flexible enough to work in team setting when needed.Exhibit a professional image at all times; maintain a positive and respectful attitude.Basic knowledge of process sensors/transmitters.
