Electricians Needed

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Electricians to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical codes and safety standards, as well as the ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams. The Electricians will work closely with other tradespeople to ensure that projects are completed efficiently and safely. Duties • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures according to the National Electrical Code (NEC) • Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to determine the layout of electrical systems • Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various tasks including frame carpentry • Conduct tests using voltmeters, ammeters, and ohmmeters to ensure proper functionality of electrical systems • Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions promptly • Collaborate with contractors and other tradespeople on construction projects • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and practices while working with high voltage systems Experience • Proven experience as a Commercial Electrician or similar role • Familiarity with electrical systems in both residential and commercial settings • Proficient in using power tools and testing equipment such as voltmeters, ammeters, and ohmmeters • Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of NEC guidelines • Experience in frame carpentry is a plus We encourage qualified candidates who are dedicated to safety and excellence in their work to apply for this exciting opportunity. Electrical Engineer

Job Responsibilities: • Lead and support System Integration of Vehicle electrical systems including communications and signaling. This includes coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless integration and optimal output. • Support the preparation of design deliverables such as, CDRLs or electrical system design packages, etc. • Organize and lead the technical meetings or/and workshops with the Customer, suppliers and internal parties. This includes the preparation of meeting minutes and its distribution to relevant parties. • Prepare or/and review technical documents, drawings, specifications and standards to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Actively participate in problem-solving and resolution processes related to mechanical system design and its integration challenges. • Prepare and update Interface Control Documents (ICDs), System Integration Plans (SIPs), and related documentation to define and manage the functional interfaces between the new system and existing LA Metro infrastructure, including wayside equipment, facilities, and rolling stock. • Stay up-to-date with the latest electrical system designs as the project progresses. • Maintain an accurate correspondence and technical meetings records • Perform other duties as required. Experience/Skill Requirements: • Preferred 3 years of experience in electrical system design and/or integration, preferably in the rolling stock. • Detail oriented, excellent organizational skills, and strong written & verbal communication skills. • Strong understanding of mechanical system, materials and engineering principles. • Proven experiences in Autocad Electrical or any similar programs preferred. • Ability to perform electrical inspections with equipment including but not limited to calipers, micrometers, indicators, go/no go gages, and non-contact optical/laser measurement equipment. • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings. • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment. • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.) Education Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Job Requirements: • Must be authorized to work in the US Salary: Salary will be dependent on the experience.
