Qualifications • High school diploma or GED (or equivalent). • Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial or power industry electrical and instrumentation maintenance, or at least 2 years as a 3rd class E&I Technician with required instrumentation training/experience. • Relevant licenses as required by state, environmental, or federal regulatory agencies. • Ability to stand, sit, walk, handle tools and equipment, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, bend, push, pull, crawl, and ascend/descend stairs and ladders as part of normal work activities. • Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout all areas of the plant, including catwalks, deck grating, and uneven surfaces. • Ability to operate fire extinguishing equipment and access confined spaces as required. • Strong attention to safety procedures and ability to use personal protective equipment as needed. • Clear communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Work Environment & Physical Demands • Exposure to noise and industrial environments. • Use of personal protective equipment such as respirators, hard hats, safety shoes, eye protection, chemical and heat-resistant suits, and hearing protection as required. • Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights greater than 4 feet.
