We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper operation and repair of electrical components, plumbing systems, HVAC units, and mechanical equipment in order to maintain a safe, functional, and efficient environment. Key Responsibilities: • Electrical Systems: • Understand and troubleshoot electrical systems, including circuits, outlets, and switches. • Perform minor electrical repairs, such as changing switches, outlets, or replacing light fixtures. • Assist in diagnosing and resolving electrical issues within residential or commercial properties. • Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and regulations during repairs and installations. • Plumbing: • Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs on plumbing systems, including sinks, faucets, toilets, and pipes. • Troubleshoot and resolve leaks, clogs, and drainage issues. • Install and replace plumbing fixtures and components as needed. • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential plumbing issues and proactively address them. • HVAC Systems: • Maintain and service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) units. • Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, and minor repairs on HVAC systems. • Replace filters, clean ducts, and check refrigerant levels to ensure HVAC systems are running efficiently. • Respond to HVAC-related service requests, ensuring comfort and air quality standards are met. • Mechanical Systems: • Work with a variety of mechanical equipment, including pumps, motors, and other machinery. • Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical systems to ensure reliability and longevity. • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems as needed. • Assist with the installation of new mechanical equipment and machinery.
