Role Overview We are searching for a proficient individual to lead maintenance operations, ensuring both efficiency and minimal disruption. This position covers performing routine maintenance tasks on production machinery, managing equipment, and contributing across teams as needed, especially in roles such as electrician or machine operator. Key Responsibilities • Consistently maintain production machinery, perform checks, and apply lubrication as required. • Ensure safety mechanisms are in order to provide a hazard-free workplace. • Restore equipment functionality and conduct necessary overhauls. • Oversee installation and testing of equipment, including electrical configurations. • Capably rebuild malfunctioning machine parts. • Show expertise in Power Panel Fabrication and hydraulics applications. • Expertly interpret hydraulic schematics for component setup. • Diagnose and implement equipment repairs assertively. • Evaluate electrical systems, identifying risks and ensuring code compliance. • Advise management on risks and recommend corrective measures. • Support production teams wherever required. • Follow schematics/blueprints to uphold building and safety standards. • Execute grounding and power cable connections effectively. • Maintain logs, manage orders, and compile reports as necessary. • Comprehend and handle PLC function and logic. • Ensure daily operation of chillers and processed water intake. • Maximize resource use efficiently. • Educate team members as necessary. • Champion a neat and secure workplace. • Track and report changes to supervisors consistently. Candidate Profile • Completion of high school or equivalent essential. • Technical qualification and/or 2-3 years of experience preferred. • A minimum of 5 years in Maintenance Technician roles. • In-depth mechanical/electrical insight and math competency. • Effective English communication skills. • Impressive organizational and time management skills. • Adept in electronic device utilization. • Proficiency with hand tools for repairs. • Strong troubleshooting capability. • Adeptness in learning and applying new data. • Team player supporting collaborative issue resolution. Electrical Designer

We are seeking a qualified Electrical Designer to join our team in Janesville, Wisconsin. This role is essential for preparing drawings and resolving electrical and fabrication challenges while contributing to the design of modifications for existing projects. What You Will Do • Collaborate with the Controls Manager, Project Engineer, and Project Manager to ensure design accuracy and thoroughness. • Meet project schedules and design according to applicable codes and specifications. • Utilize substantial electrical knowledge to follow engineering procedures and provide job improvement ideas. • Communicate effectively with managers, clients, and customers.
