Responsibilities • Provide the necessary technical assistance to complete all electrical maintenance jobs, installations, controls, and PLC's. • Perform other equipment maintenance as needed. • Troubleshoot and repair electrical related problems on Case & Label machines. • Analyze and diagnose electrical control circuits and motor power circuits. • Stay current on electrical codes and OSHA regulations. • Adjust or repair equipment as needed for efficient operation. • Ensure safety rules and regulations are being followed. • Complete preventative maintenance and PM surveys as scheduled. • Complete line changeovers and shift start-ups in a timely manner. • Fabricate replacement parts if necessary. Qualifications • 2-4 year certificate from college/ technical school. Electrical Engineer Job Description We are seeking an Electrical Project Engineer focused on Research & Development (R&D) and New Product Development (NPD) initiatives. This role supports the execution of ammunition research and development programs, providing a unique opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology projects. Responsibilities • Collaborate with the Advanced Programs team to support the execution of ammunition research and development programs. • Design new products, including components, subassemblies, and assemblies, to meet the evolving needs of the warfighter, with a focus on producibility and affordability. • Conduct assembly and component analysis through hand calculations, tolerance stack-up analysis, and engineering simulations such as Finite Element Analysis. • Assemble and test prototypes in both laboratory and ballistic settings. • Plan projects and phases, track task completion, and coordinate with functional and subcontracted support teams to drive the execution of analyze-design-test-validate cycles for product development and qualification. • Develop and present subsystem and system technical design reviews. • Work under limited supervision to meet the technical, financial, and schedule objectives of projects, making data-driven decisions and preparing technical justification and reports for management reviewers.
