Minimum Education and Certification Requirements: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Licensed as a Journeyman Electrician (State of Wisconsin), or have at least 3,000 hours in the electrical field (must be able to prove, and get approved to take Residential Journeyman, or Journeyman test upon hire). Minimum Experience Requirements: • At least three years of experience as an electrician (apprentice time counts!) • Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety practices • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams • Skill in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment • Experience with PLCs, VFDs, motors, generators, transformers, and lighting systems.
