Electrical Foreman

As an Electrical Foreman, you will oversee and manage electrical projects, ensuring their successful completion within budget and on schedule. This is a full-time position, offering 40 hours per week with the possibility for occasional overtime. Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise electrical crews on various projects, providing guidance and direction to ensure work is performed efficiently and according to specifications. • Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met and any changes or challenges are effectively addressed. • Read and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and specifications to determine the layout and installation of electrical systems. • Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment. • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations. • Monitor project progress, track material usage, and maintain accurate documentation of work performed. • Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement corrective measures as needed. • Mentor and train electrical apprentices and team members. Requirements: • Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or in a similar leadership role within the electrical industry. • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations. • Strong ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, diagrams, and specifications. • Proficient in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and interact with clients and stakeholders. • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work well under pressure. • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. • Valid electrical journeyman license or relevant certifications preferred, but not required. • Experience with low-voltage systems preferred, but not required.
