Service Electrician

Electrical Engineer- Early Career

Overview What responsibilities will I have in this role? (including but are not limited to): As an Electrical Engineer, you’ll join a collaborative and innovative team dedicated to evaluating and designing power systems for power-generating facilities. This role is ideal for early-career professionals (1–3 years of experience) who are ready to take the next step in their engineering journey and expand their technical expertise in a dynamic environment. You’ll work closely with engineers from other disciplines, gaining valuable cross-functional experience and learning how electrical systems integrate into broader project scopes. With minimal supervision, you’ll manage your own assignments—balancing budget, scope, schedule, and quality—while delivering precise, code-compliant engineering documents such as drawings, calculations, and technical evaluations. Your work will be grounded in the latest industry codes, standards, and safety practices, especially those relevant to the nuclear sector. You’ll contribute to high-quality deliverables that align with both client expectations and ENERCON’s rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) standards. Beyond technical work, you’ll build strong client relationships through clear communication and professional collaboration. You’ll also have opportunities to travel to plant sites, where you’ll interface with client personnel and perform walk-downs of plant systems and components—bringing your designs to life and gaining hands-on experience in the field.
