Bryan Electric, Inc. is looking for qualified Traveling Project Superintendents for our Commercial Retail Projects across the United States. We are a national contractor licensed in 32 states. Applicants must have experience in running large- and small-scale projects, coordinating with other trades, general contractors, and subcontractors. Ability to travel is required. Skills/Experience Compensation is determined pending qualifications. • Manage at least 10-15 people • 5+ years of experience managing new construction or remodel projects • Read and understand blueprints • Competent with various project management software's and electronics • Layout and coordination of underground, overhead, wall rough, etc. • Ability to coordinate with Utility Company providers • Implement safety standards and procedures • Journeyman Card or State Masters (a plus) • Maintain contract schedule and budget with Project Manager • Turn in required daily reports & weekly timesheets • Operate various equipment (i.e. backhoe, trencher, scissor lift, forklift, etc.) • Potential nights and weekend work dependent on project • Ability to travel Compensation To Include The Following • Bonus on project performance • Monthly truck allowance (Starting between $650-$750) • Fuel card (For company travel) • Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • 401K Plan (Available after your first year) • Housing AND Per Diem when traveling • Paid trips home every two-three weeks • 100% employer paid short-term and long-term disability • Company provided cell phone and ipad • Per Diem when traveling out of town Ask us about our additional benefits! • Insurance is active the first of the month following your hire date!
