Job Description: Ariens Company is seeking a Senior Industrial Electrician to help create an environment where equipment operates as installed and designed. Shift hours Mon.-Fri. 7A-3:30P THE DAY TO DAY… • Repairing and maintaining electrical equipment • Reading and interpreting schematics to troubleshoot and install equipment • Completing preventative, corrective, and unplanned maintenance tasks • Adhering to plant safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures while supporting the vision of creating an environment where no one can ever get hurt • Communicating with all levels of the organization, i.e., via reports, e-mail, verbally, and/or in small/large group settings, in a team environment QUALIFICATIONS… • Technical Diploma or Associate’s degree in the Electrical related field • State of Tennessee Electrical license • A minimum of 5 years of Commercial / Industrial electrical experience • Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing various types of industrial electrical equipment including relay logic and controls • Experience repairing, troubleshooting, and programming PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and operator interfaces • Knowledge of NFPA 70E and NEC to design proper electrical installations including conduit / wire size calculations • Experience with power distribution infrastructure • Electrical Maintenance experience in manufacturing WORK ENVIRONMENT… • Ability to stand and/or walk for 8+ hours a day • Must be able to use hands to position parts in place • Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 lbs • Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment • Must be able to work in aerial lifts with heights up to 30f About AriensCo Since 1933, the AriensCo name has been associated with reliable, durably crafted, high-performance outdoor power equipment.
