Responsibilities • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential properties. • Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine wiring layouts. • Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards during all electrical work. • Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues. • Utilize power tools and testing equipment such as ammeters and ohmmeters effectively. • Collaborate with other maintenance staff to address electrical concerns promptly. • Provide recommendations for upgrades or improvements to existing electrical systems. • Document all work performed for compliance and reporting purposes.
