Technical & Mechanical Responsibilities • Assist in the inspection, assembly, repair, and maintenance of electric motor carts and related components. • Learn to diagnose basic operational issues, including electrical faults, worn parts, and mechanical failures. • Use power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively during repairs and maintenance. • Maintain, care for, and properly store personal tools, ensuring they remain in good working condition. • Support senior technicians with motor replacements, battery testing, wiring repairs, and performance checks. Safety & Equipment Care • Follow proper safety protocols when using power tools, lifts, chargers, and electrical testing devices. • Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards. • Assist with routine inspection of shop equipment and report any concerns immediately. Learning & Development • Actively participate in hands-on training sessions to build technical skills and industry knowledge. • Ask questions and seek guidance to ensure tasks are performed correctly and safely. • Stay informed about new tools, repair procedures, and electric motor cart technologies. Teamwork & Communication • Work cooperatively with technicians, supervisors, and other team members. • Communicate progress, issues, or delays clearly and respectfully. • Support the team by completing tasks efficiently and helping maintain a productive workflow.
