DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Performs preventative maintenance on lift stations. • Troubleshoots maintenance problems and recommends corrective action. • Provides accurate time and materials reports for accounting purposes. • Monitors pump stations via SCADA and responds to alarm conditions when needed. • Other duties as assigned by Wastewater Systems Superintendent. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE • High School or GED, some college preferred • Experience trouble shooting and repairing electrical/mechanical equipment • Experience in the operation and maintenance of sewage pumping stations and sewage collections systems. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
