Electrical Maintenance Technician

Carolina Meadows is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Electrical Technician to work in our community. This position is primarily responsible for performing technical troubleshooting and general repair work on electrical circuits, systems and components throughout the community. Additional duties include fee-for-service projects, installation of appliances, and general maintenance and handyman work throughout the community. The ideal candidate for this position has at least 3 experience in electrical work, is familiar with network wiring, power distribution hardware and should be a self-starter. The Electrical Technician will be responsible for supporting new projects by managing the electrical contractors on-site and troubleshooting any design or implementation issues. Preferred Education and Experience High school diploma, three (3) years electrical experience and recognized electrical apprentice, journeyman or full licensure.
