Key Responsibilities As a Residential Electrician, you will: Troubleshoot, repair, and install residential electrical systems, from basic fixtures to panel replacements. Qualifications The ideal candidate will bring: Experience: 4+ years in residential electrical service work. Education: Associate's degree or equivalent technical training preferred. Licenses/Certifications: Eligible for state electrical license. (Motivated to work toward that direction). Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills in residential electrical systems. Excellent communication skills - someone who listens first and teaches customers about safety. Professional appearance and conduct; dependable, motivated, and customer-focused. Comfort with using technology such as tablets and job management software. Willingness to complete a background check, drug screening, and driving record check. Performs moderate job assignments in electrical maintenance, the installation of electrical conductors and associated equipment, and the repair of electrical circuits and equipment. Performs maintenance and operations work in all areas of electrical maintenance, trouble shooting of system or equipment problems, equipment selection and equipment or device replacement, maintenance of surgical lighting systems and maintenance of isolated power supply systems. 7.
