Responsibilities: • Install, modify, repair, maintain, troubleshoot, test, and load new and existing electrical lines, circuits, systems, and associated fixtures, controls, and equipment. • Install and repair electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment. • Design and implement complex circuitry and controls for unique projects, including formulating layout sketches, wiring test setups, installing strain gauge circuits, and troubleshooting electrical test equipment during testing phases. • Manage safety systems with intricate interlocks and respond swiftly to danger signs to prevent equipment loss and ensure safety. • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and test equipment effectively. • Possess knowledge of electronics, including resistors, capacitors, transistors, and other electronic components. In addition to base pay, the total compensation may include overtime, shift differentials ($2 more for 2nd shift, $3 for 3rd shift), call-in, and stand-by pay. As a leader, the Electrical Training Specialist will be responsible for ensuring LRE’s highest standards for electrical training, culture and policies are met and adhered to.
