The Role Our Electrical Service technicians diagnose and repair issues within each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home. Electrical Service technicians receive hourly pay between $25-$42 with bonus incentives. High performing technicians are earning over $100k. What You'll Do • Use their industry experience to read schematics, perform service installations, alterations, additions, and/or repair of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment within the residential electrical industry. • Will establish customer rapport to offer the right solutions, provide the right service, and create that "You're my go-to company" relationship. • Always maintains a clean, organized job site and truck. • Is excited to participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events. Electrician (Maintenance Technician) - Full-time

The Opportunity: On the 2nd or 3rd shift: Primary duties include providing safe preventative maintenance, installation, service, repair, timely electrical support, troubleshooting and resolution of multiple operating machines within a manufacturing industrial environment. What You Need To succeed: • 2-3 years in trouble shooting industrial electrical control systems down to component level. • An operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery which includes; motors, servos, pumps, • drives, relays, 3 phase power, communication devices, industrial / electronic controls, and power • transmission systems. • A good understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems. • Able to install and set up both A/C and D/C drives (preferred but not required). • PLC trouble shooting and problem solving ability (preferred but not required). • Practical, mechanical & electrical aptitude. • Must be able to read and interpret both electrical and mechanical drawings. • Working knowledge of power transmission equipment and bearings. • Basic welding skills preferred but not required. • Familiar with pumps, both air and electric. • Able to install and trouble shoot basic 3 phase motor control circuits. • Some knowledge of the various types of sensors and limit switches. • Familiar with computers and Microsoft software. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work independently in a mature and professional manner. • Ability to work flexible hours, overtime. • High school diploma or equivalent Military training and or Technical School preferred. The ideal candidate would have mechanical and/or electrical experience, a familiarity with low voltage DC and AC components, and basic troubleshooting experience. Responsibilities • Using power tools such as drills, impact drivers, rivet gun, etc. • Using basic electrical hand tools. • Assembling and manufacturing assemblies consisting of a variety of AC and DC components. • Working with a team to understand processes and standards. • Building systems for off-grid power usage using components such as: solar panels, solar controllers, power inverters, lithium battery banks, various safety components, and various control and communication components. • Assembling of mounting structures or various sub assemblies. • Quality checks, and documentation of completed work • uploading software and firmware to system components, along with programming them accordingly to system specification.
