Responsibilities & Duties: Perform routine and preventative maintenance on electrical systems, equipment, and controls. Install new electrical equipment and systems as needed. Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints. Collaborate with other maintenance personnel and production staff to resolve electrical issues and improve plant efficiency overall. Maintain accurate records of electrical work performed, including maintenance logs and repair reports. Participate in the development of detailed preventive maintenance plan. Recommend and implement continuous improvement on equipment and system design. Troubleshoot and modify programs on existing programmable controllers and write new programs for existing and new programmable computers. Qualifications: 3 years of experience as an industrial electrician. Industrial electrical training/degree and experience in manufacturing maintenance.
