About the position The Customer Project Manager will oversee multiple imaging systems implementations, managing projects that vary in scope, size, and complexity. This role involves acting as the primary liaison between customers and Philips, coordinating resources, and ensuring successful project execution while maximizing customer satisfaction. The position requires travel within the Baltimore, MD or Wilmington, DE areas. Responsibilities • Act as the primary liaison between assigned customers and Philips organizations for each project. , • Gather information from customers to create project plans and provide details to internal teams. , • Keep customers informed of project status through communication and meetings. , • Coordinate with Philips teams to ensure required resources are in place for project execution. , • Monitor project progress against key timelines and ensure site readiness for installations. , • Forecast revenue timing for assigned projects and achieve revenue targets. Requirements • Demonstrated track record of Project Management experience; PMP certification preferred. , • Minimum 5 years' related experience in project management, construction, or engineering, preferably in medical device or healthcare settings. , • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or related field preferred. , • Ability to understand site and equipment technical requirements, including reading site-specific floor plans and specifications. , • Exceptional written and verbal communication, presentation, customer service, and conflict resolution skills. , • Experience with MS Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Visio, and CAD. , • Demonstrated experience in effective relationship management across all organizational levels. , • Ability to manage own work and meet deadlines without supervision. , • Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills and excellent time management.
