Currently we are looking for entry level remodeling carpenter/laborers to join the team. We specialize in high end full home renovations, kitchens, and bathrooms. The carpenter/labor will assist the team to complete projects in a timely manner that is consistent with our standards of quality. Experience Level Required: The ideal candidate will have at least two years of construction experience Skills the Ideal Candidate for the position will have include: Demolition, framing, window and door installation, trim, cabinets Any other skills are a plus Job tasks include: Maintaining a clean and organized jobsite, move, organize and inventory materials on the job site to help with job efficiency, assisting the onsite job lead to perform construction tasks according to the contracted scope, developing skills as a carpenter, At Vatter Construction, you will have the opportunity to a part of something bigger than a simple remodeling contractor. Field Carpenter

Field Carpenters complete the cutting, shaping, and installation of wall panels and other building materials during the construction of our buildings. Installation is done efficiently and safely as possible, meeting all the requirements of the prints. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6am-4pm (with 30 minutes unpaid lunch break) Schedule start/end times may vary based on job site location; when possible at least 2 weeks notice is given for any upcoming changes. Target 40-45 hours per week. Location: Job sites are usually within a 70 mile radius/1.5 hour distance from main office in Lancaster, PA.
