Repair and Maintenance: • Assess and repair damaged structures or fixtures • Conduct routine maintenance for longevity and performance 3. Safety and Compliance: • Follow all safety protocols and regulations on-site • Ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards 4. Collaboration: • Work closely with teammates and subcontractors • Communicate progress and needs to supervisors and PMs 5.
