SUMMARY OF POSITION Kinsley is seeking experienced Bridge Carpenters for projects in Schuylkill, Luzerne, Columbia, and Northumberland Counties, as well as the Reading and Allentown areas. We are looking for self-motivated, hard-working individuals to perform carpentry tasks on bridges and other heavy civil construction projects across the region. TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Form and pour concrete structural elements using panel formwork systems such as Peri or similar, as well as stick-built wood formwork. • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate execution of tasks. • Strip formwork after concrete has set. • Perform concrete finishing as required. REQUIREMENTS • Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience in bridge carpentry or a related field. • Ability to pass a DOT pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screening. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. • Strong work ethic, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to learn. • Ability to comprehend and follow instructions from a supervisor. • Comfortable working at heights and over water as required. • Willing to work in various outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, and rain. • Possess basic hand tools necessary for carpentry tasks. • Commitment to following all company safety policies and working in a safe manner at all times. Carpenter/Laborer

Applicants for either the laborer or carpenter position must be hard working, dedicated, punctual, and willing to learn and/or improve their current construction skills. Bracy encourages and provides training to our Laborers / Carpenters so they can advance their careers to become field leaders, such as Foremen / Superintendents / Project Engineers. Applicants will be working along side skilled construction tradesmen with more than 20+ years experience.
