Position: CONSTRUCTION WORKER / CARPENTER / METAL BUILDING ASSEMBLER Job Title: Construction Worker / Carpenter / Metal Building Assembler Company: Borrelli Construction / Borrelli Metal Buildings Location: Vineland, New Jersey 08360 Job Type: Full-time Salary: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour (Based on experience) Job Description Borrelli Construction, LLC / Borrelli Metal Buildings specializes in constructing pre-engineered metal buildings, cold form buildings, and post frame (pole barn) structures. We are a family-owned and operated business serving the tri-state area for over 30 years. We are seeking an experienced construction crew member to assist in erecting pre-engineered metal buildings and post frame wood structures (Pole Barns). Responsibilities include steel erection, metal roofing and wall panel installation, wood/metal stud framing, carpentry, concrete and masonry work, and insulation systems. The ideal candidate is reliable, versatile, and willing to wear multiple hats. All employees undergo a 90-day probation period, after which benefits are offered. Projects include private and public works, with some prevailing wage opportunities. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in construction. • High School Diploma or equivalent. • Pass pre-employment screening (background check, drug test, physical). • Valid and clean driver’s license; CDL is a plus. • Flexible schedule willingness. • Knowledge of construction practices. • Own tools, including tool belt, hand tools, work boots. • Ability to work at heights of 30 feet or higher with proper safety measures. • Capable of lifting 75 pounds or more. • Ability to climb ladders, stairs, and into equipment. Skills and Abilities • Interpretation of erection and installation drawings. • Assistance with fabrication, framing, and installation of building systems. • Installation of wall and roof panels, including standing seam systems. • Experience with forklifts, backhoes, excavators, skid-steers, manlifts, booms, and scissor lifts is a plus (training available). • Knowledge of trade tools and equipment maintenance. • Welding and rigging skills are a plus. • Maintain safety standards and equipment. • Participate in safety training and toolbox talks.
