We're Hiring: Lead Carpenter/Foreman Modus Construction is seeking a skilled, motivated field leader to serve as second-in-command to a Superintendent. Responsibilities • Work closely with the Superintendent to manage day-to-day field operations. • Perform and lead hands-on carpentry and construction tasks. • Supervise and guide crew members and subcontractors on site. • Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Modus Construction's standards. • Support project scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance. • Take increasing ownership of smaller projects over time.
