We are looking for an experienced framer with deck-building expertise to join our team. This position involves framing as the primary skill, but also requires full deck construction, from demo and foundation to decking and railing installation. Key Responsibilities: • Frame decks to exact specifications, ensuring structural integrity and long-term durability. • Perform demolition, foundation work, and framing for new and replacement decks. • Lay decking with precision, using composite (Trex, TimberTech) and hardwood materials. • Install a variety of high-end railing systems, including our proprietary in-house cable and glass railing systems. • Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and layouts to execute projects efficiently. • Work safely and maintain a clean, organized job site. • Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in framing (preferably with deck-building experience). • Skilled in structural framing, joist layout, and beam installation. • Experience working with composite decking (Trex, TimberTech) and specialty railing systems. • Strong knowledge of deck construction techniques, materials, and tools. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, rooftops, and high-elevation decks.
