Your expertise will contribute to creating custom cabinetry, moldings, trims, and other detailed woodwork that meets our company's standards for excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the design and materials needed for projects. • Measure, cut, and shape wood, laminates, and other materials with precision. • Construct and install cabinets, shelves, doors, and moldings according to specifications. • Perform finishing work, including sanding, staining, and varnishing to achieve desired appearances. • Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other tradespeople to ensure timely completion of projects. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment and ensure tools are well-maintained. • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working on job sites. Requirements: Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finish carpentry or millwork. • Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and tools. • Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. • Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients. • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license are required.
