This position involves framing as the primary skill, but also requires full deck construction, from demo and foundation to decking and railing installation. Key Responsibilities: • Frame decks to exact specifications, ensuring structural integrity and long-term durability. • Perform demolition, foundation work, and framing for new and replacement decks. • Lay decking with precision, using composite (Trex, TimberTech) and hardwood materials. • Install a variety of high-end railing systems, including our proprietary in-house cable and glass railing systems. • Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and layouts to execute projects efficiently. • Work safely and maintain a clean, organized job site. • Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in framing (preferably with deck-building experience). • Skilled in structural framing, joist layout, and beam installation. • Experience working with composite decking (Trex, TimberTech) and specialty railing systems. • Strong knowledge of deck construction techniques, materials, and tools. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, rooftops, and high-elevation decks.
