In this role, you will focus on completing the finishing touches on various projects, ensuring high-quality standards and client satisfaction. Responsibilities: • Perform detailed punch list work, including installation and adjustments of trim, cabinets, and doors. • Finish carpentry tasks such as sanding, staining, and painting to achieve a professional finish. • Install fixtures and hardware with precision. • Inspect work for quality and adherence to project specifications. • Collaborate with other trades to complete projects efficiently. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Requirements Requirements: • Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter, preferably in residential or commercial projects. • Strong knowledge of finishing techniques and materials. • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications. • Attention to detail and a high standard for quality workmanship. • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Physical stamina and ability to lift materials as needed. • Valid driver's license may be required.
