This person will be the captain of our carpentry team. Responsible for planning our self performed work, leading the team, as well as putting bags on and making the magic happen, the Principal Carpenter is the manager of our carpentry division and in house labor. As the team grown, it grows under the leadership, example, and tutelage of the Principal Carpenter. To be clear, this is distinct from a Project Manager. Our Project Manager handles our projects as a whole, client interactions, project budgets, subcontractors, etc. The Principal Carpenter works closely with the Project Manager as the representative of our self performed work. The Project Manager reports on overall project performance, the Principal Carpenter reports on self performed work performance.
