Job Description: Punch List Finish Carpenter Overview: We are seeking a skilled Punch List Finish Carpenter to join our team in Sacramento. The ideal candidate will have experience in final-stage carpentry tasks, focusing on detail work, touch-ups, and completing punch lists for both commercial and residential projects. You will ensure that all finishing details meet high-quality standards and deliver client satisfaction. Responsibilities: Complete final punch list items, including but not limited to trim work, caulking, patching, and painting touch-ups. Install cabinetry, molding, baseboards, doors, windows, and other finish carpentry tasks. Ensure quality craftsmanship and accuracy in all tasks performed. Read and interpret blueprints and project plans. Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timelines are met. Address minor repairs and adjustments as needed before project completion. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Qualifications: Requirements: 3+ years of experience in finish carpentry. Proficiency in using hand and power tools required for finish carpentry tasks. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
