Job Title: Finish Carpenter Job Description The Skilled Construction Technician will work collaboratively within a team to build houses in a manufacturing facility. Proficiency in finish carpentry, cabinetry, trim work, precision cutting and measuring, and reading blueprints is essential. Responsibilities • Install interior trim, moldings, doors, cabinetry, and other finish components with precision and attention to detail. • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of design specifications. • Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to maintain project timelines and quality standards. • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized work area. • Ensure all work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards. Essential Skills • Proficiency in cabinetry • Experience with construction, framing, finish carpentry, and drywall. • Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively. • Capability to read and interpret blueprints. • General labor and rough carpentry skills. • Commercial construction experience. • Installation and trim work expertise. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
