Positions Available We are currently seeking experienced Laborers and Carpenters to join our growing team. Candidates must be skilled, dependable, and familiar with the requirements of public works job sites. Carpenter Responsibilities: • Perform framing, formwork, and finish carpentry on large-scale or public works projects. • Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications. • Work with concrete forms, wood, and other construction materials. • Follow all job site safety protocols and company policies. • Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other trades. Carpenter Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience as a carpenter on commercial or public works projects. • Knowledge of structural framing, formwork, and finish carpentry. • Ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a team. • Must have own basic tools and reliable transportation. • OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred. Laborer Responsibilities: • Assist carpenters, operators, and other skilled trades on site. • Handle material loading/unloading, site cleanup, and general job site support. • Operate hand and power tools safely. • Follow direction from supervisors and foremen. Laborer Qualifications: • Minimum 1–2 years of experience on large construction or public works projects. • Must be physically capable of lifting, bending, and working outdoors in varying conditions. • Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: • Must have own truck and tools. • Must be able to work in Sonoma, and Marin counties. •experience in residential remodeling and/or new construction. • Ability to perform all phases of rough and finish carpentry, including ability to read plans, perform layout tasks, frame walls/doors/windows, cut roofs and stairs. • Must have expertise with finish carpentry tasks, including door hanging, cabinet installation, installation of crown molding, baseboard, and door casings. • Ability to make a variety of building repairs to framing, siding, drywall, decks, and doors. • Must have the ability to think creatively and problem-solve. • Ability to lead a team of 3 to 4 crew members. • Must be well-organized and proactively plan out daily job requirements for self and team. • Must be able to direct and mentor apprentice carpenters as needed to keep the job moving forward and team productive. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: • Must have a reliable and verifiable work history in the building trades. • Must be detail oriented and able to complete assignments on time. • Ability to communicate well with others (as needed). • Must have excellent customer service with clients. • Drinking and drugs will not be tolerated on job site. • Must be able to legally work in the US and provide proof.
