Prefer Journeyman applicants with at least 5 years carpentry experience. Job duties would include carpentry of all types from demo and framing through finish with a heavy emphasis on finish. Pay is based upon experience and proficiency, see compensation below. Must be able to work closely with and get along with others. Must be able to follow plans/instructions. Must have most carpentry tools, some large tools are provided if needed. This position would be a long term position for the right candidate.
