Position Overview: The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in all aspects of finish carpentry, with the ability to consistently produce work to extremely tight tolerances. Key Responsibilities: • Execute a wide range of finish carpentry tasks, including: • Stair stringers, treads, risers and railings • Crown moulding installation • Custom cabinetry building and installation • Window and door casing installation • Other high-detail finish work as required • Maintain exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail on all projects. • Transition to rough carpentry work when projects are not in the finish phase. • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a finish carpenter with verifiable references. • Advanced knowledge of finish carpentry techniques and tools. • Ability to execute work with precision and extremely tight tolerances. • Cabinet building and installation experience strongly preferred. • Must provide own tools. • Must have a reliable truck or van for transportation. • Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism on job sites.
