Requirements: Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Carpenter Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry. - In-depth knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating. - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team of carpenters. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Solid understanding of quality control principles in carpentry work. - Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other carpentry equipment. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
