Responsibilities • Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard. • Perform framing carpentry tasks including metal stud framing and installation of drywall. • Execute remodeling projects by following schematics and blueprints accurately. • Install cabinets, doors, windows, and other fixtures with attention to detail. • Conduct construction painting as needed to finish projects. • Ensure that all work is plumb and level according to specifications. • Collaborate with electricians for any required electrical installations related to carpentry work. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site. • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Carpenter in residential or commercial settings. • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials. • Familiarity with reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings. • Proficient in frame carpentry techniques and cabinet installation. • Experience in construction painting is a plus • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and other trades. • Must possess physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and standing for extended periods.
