Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Finish Carpenter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the final stages of construction, ensuring a high-quality finish for our projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in carpentry and have experience in various aspects of the trade. Candidates will be required to drive to various job sites in Santa Cruz, Santa Clara, San Mateo, and Monterey counties. Entry level candidates should own basic hand tools, circular saws. Upper level candidates should own basic tools plus tools to install Cabinets, interior doors, moldings. Responsibilities - Assemble and install various components of a building, such as Cabinets, doors, moldings . - Build and install trim, molding, and other decorative elements. - Install and hang doors, as well as any hardware associated with them. Qualifications - Proven experience as a finish carpenter or in a related field. - Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and architectural drawings. - Experience with heavy lifting and the use of hand tools. - Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve heavy lifting and standing for extended periods. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently. - Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
