Finish & Service Carpenter

Job Summary The Finish & Service Carpenter is responsible for completing punch-out lists, detail work, warranty repairs, and smaller carpentry projects. This role ensures our work meets the highest standards before, during, and after project completion. It requires craftsmanship, flexibility, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining excellent customer service. Responsibilities • Execute finish carpentry tasks including but not limited to installing decking, railing, PVC trim, windows, doors, painting/staining, and etc. • Perform punch-lists items and ensure customers are completely satisfied. • Perform warranty repairs as needed • Deliver and pick up materials as needed • Ensure job sites are clean and safe • Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness • Perform vehicle and facility maintain as needed • Utilize power tools effectively and safely for various carpentry tasks. Ability to use all wood related tools including power equipment.
