Job Description : Manage the daily operations of one or multiple projects, providing technical and informational support to the project team. Ensure project goals and objectives are met in alignment with Barnhill Contracting Company's mission, vision, and values. Job Duties & Responsibilities : Manage project schedules, BIM coordination, procurement, subcontractors, resources, and documentation using Barnhill and / or Designer / Owner Project Management Software. Handle Owner and Subcontractor Change Orders, RFIs, and project closeout. Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with approved submittals, shop drawings, and project schedule. Manage project submittals, ensuring timely approval of materials and installations. Maintain and update contract drawings and specifications; prepare meeting agendas and minutes. Participate in preconstruction activities, including planning, design interpretation, conflict resolution, bidding, and subcontractor solicitations. Collaborate on safety and productivity initiatives with mentors and team members. Minimum Qualifications & Training : Associate's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred). At least 2 years of work experience. NC Driver's License. Must be 21 years old. Construction Management or Civil Engineering background (preferred, not required).
