Job Summary: • *This is a 1st shift position Mon-Fri 6:30a-3:30pm** • *Must have clean MVR** We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truss Repair Technician to join our team. In this role, you will travel to job sites to repair trusses and other wood products with manufacturing defects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on carpentry experience, the ability to work independently, and a strong sense of responsibility, as projects cannot proceed until repairs are completed. Key Responsibilities: • Travel to assigned job sites to repair trusses/wood products with defects. • Use hand tools and power tools to complete necessary repairs safely and efficiently. • Accurately complete paperwork to document repairs and track defective products. • Maintain punctuality and reliability, as repairs are critical to project timelines. • Work independently while demonstrating motivation, honesty, and strong work ethic. • Operate company vehicle (after hire) to travel to and from job sites. Qualifications: • 1–2 years of carpentry or wood repair experience required. • Clean driving record (must qualify to drive a company truck). • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with completing basic repair documentation/paperwork. Work Environment: • Job sites may vary and require flexibility in scheduling and travel. • Work involves physical labor, standing for long periods, and lifting wood products.
