You’ll work alongside another team member and should have strong skills in framing, trim work, drywall, electrical, plumbing, and other trades. What You’ll Do • Hands-on Carpentry: Perform high-quality remodeling work—this is not a “stand around and supervise” job. • Lead & Mentor: Work with and guide other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to our high standards. • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot issues on-site and find creative solutions. • Project Execution: Read blueprints, manage materials, and ensure work stays on schedule. • Safety & Quality: Maintain a clean, organized job site while enforcing safety protocols. What You Need to Bring • 5+ years of residential construction experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. • Proficiency in multiple trades – carpentry, electrical, plumbing, drywall, etc. • Reliable transportation (truck or van preferred). • The ability to lift at least 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in various conditions. • Personal Hand Tools – must possess the basic tools needed for the job • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with clients, subcontractors, and team members. • Punctuality, reliability, and a solid work ethic.
